T&Cs, Returns and Postage
We value your custom very much but please note that returns will not be accepted.
All minerals sold are unique with naturally formed inclusions/imperfections. Please check the item’s photos and read the description carefully to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
All our parcels are tracked. Breakages will only be refunded upon return.
We reserve the right to decide whether we will refund or exchange the broken items. The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs.
All sizes, weights and details of items are very accurate but may vary slightly.
Postage costs (UP TO 2KG): UK: 5GBP, Europe: 15GBP, US and Canada: 30 GBP*
